SEVEN BODIES DISCOVERED.

San Francisco messages states that a tragedy of thirst was- revealed as the searchers followed the zig-zag trail of footprints in the Californian, desert near Niland until they came upon the bodies of six people sprawled face downwards in the sand.
These had been passengers in a motorcar which was found by the search, party. Under the car was the body of the icventh passenger. He had crawled under the vehicle to seek relief from the burning temperature of 105 degrees..
