APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. New York, May 31. A Dallas message states that the Rotarians gave Mr. Newson 1354 votes and Mr. Knoeppel 959 for the presidency of.the Rotary International. The international board of directors, elected from the United States, comprised: Messrs Dave Clark (Charlotte, North Carolina), Roy Donald ’(Mitchell, South Dakota), Dan O’Hearn (Oklahoma City), Clyde Hulsizer (Des Moines, Iowa), and Charles W. Ackley (Vineland, New Jersey). These, together with Messrs Sydney Paschall (London) and Dave Wright (Stratford, Ontario), select the three remaining members from the countries not already represented on the board.

After the presentation of these officers the convention will be formally adjourned.
