ONLY CITY MEN TO BE ASSISTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 10. Indicating that he had the concurrency of the Premier, the Mayor (Mr. Troup) made it clear to-day that men who came from other centres or from the country will not be given employment in the city unemployed relief works. The same rule will be observed as last year.
