Morrison, provincial commissioner, who wished the company many happy returns. There was also present Mrs. F. S. Hodson, divisional commissioner, members of district executive and guide officers from the other companies. During the evening service stars and badges were presented by the divisional commissioner. Recitations, competitions and a short sketch brought the evening to a close. At the Victoria League floral and musical tea on Friday afternoon mem- ' hers will have the opportunity of hearing Miss Ethel Law speak about Budapest and the' personalities she met there at the world conference'of the Y.W.C.A. Miss Law is general secretary of the Y.W.C.A. of New Zealand.
