JUDGMENT IN CIVM CASES. Judgment by default was given by Mr. R, W. Tate, S.M., at New Plymouth yesterday for the Ngamotu Seaside Resort Company against Percy Beddingford for £6 12s 6d (costs, 29s 6d), and against Gordon Cruikshank for £3 8s 7d (costs, 25s 6d). R, A.
