ALLEGED MILITARY PACT

HEINE RELEASED FROM PRISON.

BE'LGLAN OFFICERS INVOLVED.

By Telegraph- Iress Assn. —Copyright. Received March 7, 7 p.m. Brussels, March 7.

On the ground that the charges against him did not constitute, under the Belgian penal law, justification for his detention in prison, Heine, who forged the Franco-Belgian military “pact,” has been released.

This announcement follows a newspaper’s disclosure that minor officials of the Belgian espionage service assisted Heine by supplying him with official notepaper and a seal. It is stated disciplinary proceedings are pending against these officers.
