Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be mainly fair to fine, but will soon become cloudy in Westland and Otago, with rain developing. Later unsettled conditions will extend to other districts. There will be warm temperatures again to-morrow. There will be moderate to fresh southwest to southerly winds, decreasing and veering to northerly after about sixteen hours. Seas will generally b n smooth to moderate.
