GERMAN-AFRICAN TREATY

REICHSTAG ADOPTS AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dee. 16, 5.5 p.m, Berlin, Dec. 14. The Reichstag has adopted the trade and shipping agreement with South Africa which releases each signatory’s nationals from naval and military service in the other territory. The treaty continues for two years after ratification, subject to three months’ notice of termination.
