AIM OF ALBANIA’S NEW KING. By Telegraph—Press Assa.—Coi>yrfg’’t. Received October 12, 7.45 p.m. London, Oct. 12. King Zog of Albania, in an interview, stressed the need for Albania to avail heraelf of Italian assistance with money and administrative officials. He did not believe Italy contemplated an open quarrel with Jugoslavia nor did he think Serbia need fear a combined attack by Albania and Bulgaria if she were dragged into a war with Italy. Mor© than anything, King Zog would like to see a Balkan “Locarno” in which th© various States would settle their differences and be able to devote themselves to national development.
