ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD
CHARGE OF FAILING TO ACCOUNT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Whangarei, Oct. 8. F. W. Webster, whose name had been twice previously suppressed by a Justice of the Peace, appeared on remand before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., to-day, charged with failing to account for £235, tho property of the Whangarei Terminating Building Society. Suppression of naml: was refused, and the accused was remanded for a week on bail. The senior-sergeant stated that nine further counts -were pending, involving approximately £l4OO-
