Shanghai, Oct. 4, The future system of government of Nationalist China is announced by Nanking, following prolonged conferences. The chairman will bo head of the Government with a committee of 15. The ehairman will be concurrently Commander-in-Chief of the army, navy and air forces. Five councils _ will be appointed, legislative, administrative, judicial, supervisory, and central political. Each chairman will be assisted by a deputy, and each council will be subdivided. Chiang-Kaishek, Huhan-Ming, Wang-Chung-Hui, Sunfo and Li-sliih-Tseng are among the prominent Kuomintang officials appointed to study the new system and report on its suitability for modern China.
