CHINESE POSTAL STRIKE
WIDESPREAD TROUBLE FEARED’ By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received October 5, 8.30 p.m. Shanghai, Oct. 4. A general postal strike in Shanghai, Nanking, Pekin, Tientsin and a majority of North China cities is threatened. The Shanghai men are already out, causing difficulty in handling the mails.
