Blanche Tobin, who has been imprisoned by Chinese bandits between Canton and Kweilin, is a New Zealander working under the auspices of the Church of Engla. I Zenana Mission, lately she was on furlough in New Zealand. She was apparently captured while going to her station at Kewilin.
