INNOVATIONS -PLANNED IN FRANCE By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyrlg-hi. Paris, Sept. 23. An influential group of members of Parliament are making an effort to establish a Ministry of Sport, with the object of co-ordinating national and international sport and generally controlling all sporting actitvies. A Bill is being introduced to establish a Government department of cinematography for the production of -’?• cational films.
