MEETING OF FIRE BRIGADES
DEMONSTRATION AT HOKITIKA By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hokitika, Sept. 24. Under the auspices of the United Fire Brigades Association, a highly satisfactory, test of the Hokitika borough water supply was carried out by Captain Watts, advisory superintendent, and the Hokitika fire brigade. The demonstration has been definitely settled to be held on Cass Square; Hokitika, in the .last week of February next. .
