NO JUDGE AT AUCKLAND
UNUSUAL POSITION ARISES. By Telegraph.—Press. Assoc .lon. Auckland, Sept. 21. The Supreme Court to-day adj'ourned until October 1, because next week there will be no judge in Auckland. It is most unusual for the court to be without a judge for more than a few da vs. Mr. Justice Ree<L Acting-Chief Justice, leaves for the Wellington Appeal Court sittings on Tuesday, and Justice Smith arrives to-morrow week.
