ATHLETES HOLD DANCE

NEW PLYMOUTH AMATEUR CLUB. The New Plymouth Amateur Athletic Club held a dance in St. Mary's Hall on Wednesday, tho attendance being over 200. The decorations were carried out in tho club’s colours, amber and black. Messrs. E. Jackson junr., and C. Gilmour acted as M.’sC., and the music was provided by McNeill’s orchestra. Supper arrangements were in charge of Mesdames Medley, Stocker, Hutchen, Andrews, Petty, Russell and Blackley. The men’s committee comprised Messrs. McCabe, E. Jackson junr., S. Black, M. Rogers, C. Gilmour, J. Medley and J. Norris (secretary).
