ESTATE LATE MR. T. K. SKINNER. A sale of considerable interest will be held at Messrs. L. A. Nolan’s and Co.’s mart this evening at 7.30 p.m. We refer to tho auction sale of sections, business sites, and a house in the estate of the late T. K. Skinner. There are fourteen choice building allotments situated on bus route at Vogletown, all of which have a fine outlook, and are in a really good residential locality. Two sections are situated on tram route, South Road, from both an extensive view is obtained. Tho seven aeres on the Belt road is close to school, store, bowling green, etc. The soil is of good quality, and it should attract anyone looking for a few acres. The House property, situated in Devon Street between Eliot and Hobson Street, is a good proposition. The house is well back, leaving ample room for stores along the frontage. Two vacant business sites, adjoining Messrs. Bruce and Feakins, with a frontage of 20 feet each, are also to be offered. With a view to winding up the estate the trustees have placed very low reserves on all the properties, and the terms offered are exceptionally easy.
