The daughter of Rasputin, represented by Maurice Garcon, the noted barrister, is claiming in tho Civil Courts 200,000 francs damages against Prince Felix Yussupoff and the Grand Duke Vladimir Pavlovitch for the assassination of her father in 1916. Madame Doris Solovieff contends that Yussupoff’s recent book describing how Russia was rid of Rasputin proved his resnonsibility for the crime. Ihe suit is being brought in France because the parties are resident there.
