RETURNS FOR PAST WI-iEK. The returns tor last week s running of the New Plymouth trams are considerably lower than those for the previous week of last year, but the comparison is hardly a fair one as in last year’s figures the Winter Show traffic is included. For show week last year 56,301 passengers were carried and £461 10s lOd earned, this year’s figures being 47,054 passengers and £385 10s. Details are: — Passengers. Revenue. £ s. d.
