SIX-ROOMED HOUSE BURNED
BRIGADE WITHOUT WATER. By Telegraph —Press Association. Waipukurau, Mav 22. A six-roomed house owned by Mrs. J. Davies and occupied by Mr. B. Nickalls was totally destroyed by fire at 930 R.m. to-day. Practically no furniture or personal effects were saved. The house was situated outside the borough and no high pressure water was available, the brigade being helpless. The X Insurances are at present nut ascertainable.
