LITIGATION OVER CONTRACT. By Telegraph.- —Press Association. Christchurch May 21. Mr. Justice Adams to-day sustained an appeal from the decision of Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., who had non-suited David Henry Law, the appellant, in his claim for £5O against Ernest Halstead, from whom Law by contract in writing had acquired a milk round and certain chattels for £390.
