DAIRY CATTLE IN SOUTH SEAS
EXPORTS FROM NEW ZEALAND. (By Wire. —Special to News.) Auckland, Last Night. The export of quality stock from New Zealand to improve herds and flocks in other countries continues. The Tofua, which is to leave Auckland on Saturday, will carry 25 Jersey dairy cattle and one bull for Nukualofa, the chief centre of the Tongan group. New Zealand dairy cattle appear to thrive excellently in the South Sea islands. Already this ..eason several lets have been shipped to Fiji and other places in the tropical Pacific where dairying is becoming an important industry.
