“GO SLOW” EQUAL TO STRIKE
DISPUTE AT FREEZING WORKS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Feb, 18. As it apparently has been stated in Auckland in connection with the Westfield freezing dispute that the question whether “go-slow” is a strike has never been decided, the Labour Department points out that Mr. Justice Sim decided 21 years ago that “go-slow" doos eonstlbite a strike.
