ARBITRATION DISCUSSION
LABOUR UNIONS AGREE TO ATTEND
DELEGATES TO MEETING CHOSEN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Wellington, Last Night. The conference of representatives of Labour organisations called by the Alliance of Labour and the Trades and Labour Federation continued its sittings to-day. In addition to the unions affiliated to the Alliance several unaffiliated unions and organisations, not registered under th© Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, were represented at the conference, the total number of workers represented being estimated at 1-07,000. The conference decided by an overwhelming majority to bo represented at the conference which is being called by the Government to considr the arbitration system.
The following were elected to represent the Labour movement: J. Roberts, W. Bromley, T. Bloodworth, F. R. Cook, R. Fulton, A. Parlane, J. Tucker, }V. Nash, A. Cook, J. I. Johns, R. Brooks, W. Herbert, W. J. Rogers, J. Thorn, F. Cornwell, 0. Mcßrine, H. Worrall, J. Robinson, J. Churchouse, T. D. Byrne, R. Semple, R. Kennedy, J. Purtell, H. C. Revell and A. Black.
