JJUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council at a meeting held on the 6th. day of February-, 1928: ‘That in pursuance of the powers conferred by- By-law 1405 of “The New Plymouth Borough By-laws 1915 the Nev, Plymouth Borough Council hereby wholly prohibits the use of water by means of hoses, fountains sprays, or hydrants and hereby rescinds tlie resolution passed on the 16th. day of January, 1928, permitting consumers to water lawns and gardens by’ means by the Borough By-laws between the hours set out in such resolution."
