T O MELBOURNE.

Manuka. leaves Melbourne for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and. Wellington to-morrow, and is due at Bluff on Monday. COASTAL MOVEMENTS. The Progress, which left Wellington on Saturday night for New Plymouth with 200 tons of southern cargo, arrived at New Plymouth early yesterday morning. She sailed at 3.30 p.m. yesterday for Port Waikato, Wellington and Dunedin. (Holm and Co.). The John is due here on Thursday from Wellington, Pictou and Wanganui. .She will sail the same day for Port Waikato and Lyttelton. (Holm and Co.). The Kennedy arrived on Sunday evening with 200 tons of cement from Tarakolie, and returned to that port last night. (Newton King, Ltd.). The Corinna was to leave Wellington last night for Nelson and New Plymouth. .She is due here to-morrow. (U.S.S. Co.). The Totara, which was expected here on (Friday with southern cargo to discharge, has been diverted. She will proceed from Lyttelton to Nelson direct before returning south again. (U.S.S. Co.). ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Ngapuhi, with passengers and cargo from Onehunga, is scheduled to arrive here this morning early. She will sail north at seven o’clock to-night and is expected here again on Friday morning. She will wait for the conclusion of the races 'before returning to Onehunga on Saturday night. PORT CAROLINE’S OFFICERS. The Port Caroline, which arrived from Wanganui on Sunday, is commanded by Captain Hood, who has with him the following officers:—Chief, Mr. F. W. Bailey; second, Mr. L. M. R. Bayley; third, Mr. R. Forrest; fourth, Mr. J. 'Stannard; chief engineer, Mr. S. C. Brown; second, Mr. L. Wake: third, Mr. IF. W. Batson; fourth, Mr. H. Field; fifth, Mr. J. Wilkinson; sixth, Mr. J. Hendry; seventh, Mr J. H. Taylor; refrigerating engineer, Mr. W. C. Baker; second, Mr. P. R. Shrubsliell; chief radio operator, Mr. C. Cunningham; 'Second, Mr. L. G. Oxenford; chief steward, Mr. G. W. Lowther. There is a number of cadets. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED. Wellington, February 6.—Waiotalii (7.5 a.m.), and Cambridge (10.45 a.m.), from Auckland.
