GI'RR AND SMYTH INCLUDED,’ By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Prime Minister’s office announced this afternoon that the Administrator of Western Samoa, after taking the necessary steps required by the Samoan Amendment Act, 1927, has been authorised by the Governor-General in Council, to require Olaf Frederick Nelson, Edwin Wi’liam Gurr and Arthur Geprge Smyth to depart from Western Samoa. Nelson and Gurr are to remain absent for a period of live years, and Smyth for two years. The necessary orders were made by the Adnrinistraior, and were served up* on those named to-day.
