WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Inst Night. The following is the official evening forecast: Moderate to strong north-west winds backing to west and south-west north of New Plymouth and Napier; elsewhere fresh to strong east to south, veering to south-westerly later in the south. The weather is still generally unsettled, with further rain, probable, but it will improve shortly.
