EARTHQUAKE ON BLACK SEA
EX-TSAR'S PALACE DAMAGED. By Telegraph—'Press Assn .—Copyright. Received Sept. 14, 7.30 p.m, Moscow, Sept. 14. Thirteen were killed and 358 injured on the Black Sea coast by an earthquake. Among the damaged buildings is the ex-Tsar’s palace Livadia, now a peasants’ sanatorium.
