“FAST GATHERING REDS”

A CALL FOR MOBILISATION VAGUE REPORT FROM CHINA INSTRUCTION FROM MOSCOW Sy Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Peking, Sept. 13. Astonishing reports are published in Zarya, a Russian White newspaper, stating that all the Soviet Consulates in China have been instructed by Moscow to mobilise the members commanding the staff now in China in order to join the fast gathering Red army in Vladivostoek and Harbarovsk. 'Further reports state that all the Soviet citizens have been ordered *to register for conscription. The reports emanated from the Zarya’s Manchurian correspondent, and it is impossible to determine how much of the report is propaganda. Another report states that all the Red commanders serving with the Chinese armies have been ordered to quit and to proceed to Vladivostoek immediately.
