TEAROOM RAZED TO GROUND
■FIRE OUTBREAK AT LYALL BAY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Lyall Bay tearooms were burned to the ground early this morning. It was a six-roomed wooden building, owned by Airs. A. Rowell, believed to be residing iu Napier. The building was occupied by Airs. Christie. The tearooms and the contents were all destroyed. The insurance on the former was .€l3OO and on the furniture £llOO.
