Southland 27. Auckland 30 v. Ashburton 16. Otag.o 31 v. Canterbury 19. Auckland 49 v. Hawke's Bay 4. Southland 34 -v. Ashburton 31. The second annual ■ conference of the New Zealand Basketball Association was held to-night. In the matt< of affiliation fees it was decided that each local association should pay Is a girl up to £2O, and 3d for each additional girl for at least three years.
