TWO MORE COMPETITIONS

SHORT STORY AND PAINTING. Another competition has been arranged for members of the Wendy Hut, in which it is hoped that every menu ber, and many new members, will take part. SENIOR DIVISION. (Over 12 and under 10.) 1. Competitors are required to writ* a short story (not exceeding 600 words). 2. A prize of 7s fld will be awarded 3. Entries must be received not later than Saturday, July 23. 4. Write in ink and on one side only of the paper. 5. Name, age, and address must bo written at the top of each entry. 0. Competitors are on their honour to submit only their own unaided work. 0. No competitor may submit more than one entry. 8. Wendy’s decision is final, and no correspondence can be entered into on the matter. JUNIOR DIVISION. (Under 12 years.) 1. Competitors are required to colour the “Post Box” heading. 2. A prize of 5s will be awarded. 9. Entries must be received not later than Satixday, July 23. 4. Name, age, and address must accompany each entry. 5. Competitors are on their honour to submit only their own unaided work. 0. No competitor may submite more than one entry. 7. The judge s decision is final, and no correspondence can be entered into on the matter.
