ALLEGED MISREPRESENTATION. NO CONCLUSION YET REACHED. , By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, June 21. The hearing of the claim of George Donald Pinney against the Utarawa Land Company for £1294 damages (reduced from £4174) for alleged misrepresentation, was continued in the Supreme Court today. Many witnesses were heard concerning the quality of the land. Counsel for the defendants said he cordd discover no evidence of frauu and asked for judgment. Mr. Justice Herdman said he would reserve leave to move for a non-suit. The case is proceeding.
