SPACER STILL CLAIMS SUCCESS. OFFER TO REPEAT CROSSING. By-^elegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June 14, 7 p.m. Prague, June 13. Mystery stir, surrounds Spacek’s Channel swim story. He stated emphatically to-day that he certainly established a record, despite the attempt to discredit him. He repeats the declaration that the Mayor of Dover was present when be landed and is preparing an affidavit to that effect, but if the story is not accepted he will repeat the swim next week.
