NAPIER’S LIGHT CALENDAR. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, June 7. For the fourth time in succession Mr. Justice Ostler congratulated the Napier district on comparative freedom from crime. George William Mitchell, who pleaded guilty to, a charge of sheep stealing, was admitted to probation for three years and ordered to pay £l5O at the rate of fl per week. INDECENT ACT COMMITTED. Han sent to borstal institute Blenheim, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Percy John Paterson, alias Percy Henry Grcenhaigh, Alias, Johnson, pleaded guilty to committing a wilfully indecent act in the presence of some young girle at Kekerangu. Mr. Justice McGregor remarked that the prisoner did not appear highly developed either mentally or physically, and in committing him to a Borstal institute for two years, said the prisoner would be under medical supervision and such control as would probably make a man of him
