KING ALBERT’S OPENING SPEECH.

Ten thousand men and women Rotarians from most countries in the world cheered enthusiastically King Albert’s speech in English at the opening of the conference at Ostend, in which he said he was most delighted to join their organisation as the only Rotarian in his line of business.
