Nolan and Co. announce that they have been instructed to offer for Sale by Auction 22 Sections in the Highlands Estate, Avenue Road, on the evening of Wednesday, 27th April. These are the first lots of the estate to be auctioned. Attractive terms of purchase are offered—£lo deposit, £5 every quarter for 2 years, and balance at 6J per cent, from date of possession. The reserves have been purposely made low in order to effect an immediate sale, and so prepare the way for further subdivision. Highlands is one of the most, if not the most, desirable suburbs in New Plymouth. It has beautiful surroundings, every section has a fine view, and the atmosphere is invigorating and health-giving. ■ Provision has been made for reserves for recreation and other purposes.
