MAORI ARTS BOARD MEETS
SCHEME FOR SCHOOL AT ROTORUA By Telegraph.—Press Association. Rotorua, Last Night. A meeting of the Board of Maori Arts (the Hon. Bollard, president), Dr. t’omare, Hon. Ngata, Dr. Buck, Archdeacon H. Williams, Messrs. Page Rowe, Tai, Mitchell and Hamilton, the secretary, sat this afternoon. Mr. Page Rowe brought forward a detailed scheme for the establishment of a school of Maori Art, located at Rotorua. Regulations governing the actions of the board were discussed and adopted for approval by the Governor in Council. The Minister and Dr. Pomare have left the meeting which was continued this evening.
