MAN STEALS FROM ROOM MATES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Edward Joseph Foley, who appeared ii court in stolen clothes, was charged with a series of thefts involving goods valued in all at £26. Foley’s speciality had been stealing from his roommates, and he had changed his address frequently, leaving behind a long trail or thefts. Mr. Mosley, S.M., sent him to the Borstal Institute for two years.
