By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Bast Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day:—“Present indications are for freshening easterly to northerly winds. The weather will be mild, with increasing cloud and haziness, for a general change to follow. Dull and misty conditions, with drizzling rain, are likely to continue in the far north. The barometer is falling everywhere.’*
