ALARM FELT AT BIENNIAL SYSTEM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Pahiatua, Last Night, The annual meeting of the local branch of the Educational Institute supported the remits to the annual conference in May, opposing biennial grading. It views with alarm the tendency of certain education boards to discriminate in appointments between married and single women, especially cases whore such discrimination has nullified the grading list.
