PROBATION FOR THEFT
OFFENCES AT DUNEDIN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Dan Rutherford Murray, who admitted three charges of theft of money in the Dunbaek district, appeared for sentence at the City Police Court this afternoon. He was convicted and admitted to three years’ probation on one charge and convicted and discharged on the other two. A condition was made that the accused is to take out a prohibition order and that his place of residence and employment are to be approved by the probation officer.
