The following Government weacther forecast Was Issued at 4 p.m. to-day:—"Present indications are fo rvariable and strong winds north-east to south-east ruling, expect dull, warm and humid conditions and heavy rain probable soon. The barometer Is unsteady with a falling tendency.”
