The W’almea arrived at New Plymouth yesterday morning with 200 tons of cement from Tarakohe, and sailed in tile evening for Westport. (Cock and Co.) The Progress was due at W’elilingtGn on Tuesday last from Dargaville, and was to sail the same day for Dunedin to again load for W’aikato, via New Plymouth and the usual southern ports. She will load at Wellington on Tuesday next. (Holm and Co.) The John arrives at Wellington to-da.v from Wanganui, and leaves for Lyttelton the same day to load for New Plymouth, via the usual ports. (Holm and Co ) The Kurow left Dunedin yesterday with New Plymouth cargo for transhipment at Wellington at the direct rate of freight. (U.S.S, Co.) The Opihi is to load at Dunedin about January 15 for New Plymouth and the usual way ports. (U.S.S. Co.) RIMUTAKA BOUND FOR NEW PLYMOUTH. New Plymouth is included In the discharging ports of the Rimutaka, which left Southampton on December 23. She is due at Wellington on February 4 and then goes to Auckland. She should make New Plymouth about February 15. BRONNOY BERTHS. Ddawlng 23 feet 8 inches forward and 25 feet 1 inch aft, the motor Ship Bronnoy arrived from the Wanganui roadstead early yesterday morning and was berthed at the Moturoa wharf shortly after 9 o’clock. She has 8900 tons of sulphur from Galveston aboard, and of this 1000 tons is to be discharged here and railed to lt is probable that she will sail for Geelong to-night. THE MATAKANA'S LOADING. It was uncertain yesterday afternoon whether the Matakana, which left Auckland on Wednesday morning for New Plymouth, would cal! here or pass on to Wanganui and come back to load afterwards. She will take in at N*m; Plymouth 19,000 freight carcases, 11,000 boxes of butter, 4000 crates of cheese and a small quantity of general cargo. SAILING OF THE HERTFORD. Advice has been received that the Hertford will leave Liverpool on January 15 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, and New Plymouth. WANGANUI DEVON’S NEXT PORT. The Devon will sail on Saturday for Wanganui instead of Auckland, according to late t advice. WALPORI EN ROUTE. The Waiporl left Melbourne at 5 p.m. on Wednesday for New Plymouth and should be here next Wednesday. She will discharge a quantity of general cargo and afterwards sail for Wellington, Napier and Auckland. BENZINE FROM PORT ARTHUR. The Karpfanger is bringing 200,000 cases of benzine from Port Arthur for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, New Plymouth, Melbourne, and Fremantle. She will visit the ports in the order named and is expected at New Plymouth about February 10. ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Rarawa left Onehunga yesterday afternoon for New Plymouth, and should arrive early this morning. She will return north this evening. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS ARRIVED. Wanganui.
