MOTORING DEGREES
LEIPZIG UNIVERSITY AWARDS. By Telegraph—Preas A san.—Copyright. Berlin, Dec. 12. The University of Leipzig has sanctioned the award of motoring degrees. Candidates are subjected to stiff scien--tific tests in operating motor wheel controls on a screen, before which the cinema projects a breathless series of imminent crashes and fatalities. The manipulation of the controls, also the skill, quickness and calmness, or the reverse, are accurately registered on recording machines.
