FOURTEEN BANDITS SHOT. By Telegraph—Prexs Aikx.—Copyrljbt. Riga, Dee. 12. As a sequel to the special methods employed to fight increasing hooliganism, the Soviet police organisation, the G.P.U. has announced that 14 bandits have been shot without trial. Altogether the G.P.U. has rounded up nine gangs concerned in 47 armed robberies hi Moscow.
