CANBERRA COMMEMORATED. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dee. 9, -5.5 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 9. A special issue of 30,000,000 stamps of various denominations is to be made to commemorate the opening of the Commonwealth Parliament at Canberra by the Duke of York. The issue will be available for one week only, dating from May 9. It is estimated that 3.000,000 philatelists will require specimens.
