New Zealand ports for the finest grade. Australia requires butter containing 82 per eent. butter-fat as compared with the SO per eent. in New Zealand. Taking the named quotation in London for finest New Zealand Board controlled butter as 170 s per cwt,, (equal to Is 4.31 d f.o.b. New Zealand ports) the Australian price of Is 4%d f.o.b. New Zealand ports is a shade better.
